Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful with every question and need I had. It had been a while since i had a puppy and Debbie (I think that was her name, I am horrible with names) helped ensure I got all the correct items I needed for my new pup!

So helpful and knowledge. Bring in your pup or kitty while you shop. If they don't have what you are looking for no problem! They can get it within the week at a reasonable price. Often times they are cheaper than Amazon and their carbon footprint is less! Don't wait, stop in now for your pets needs!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute present for our daughters dog. The woman that helped me asked some questions to narrow down the choices. The pup loves his new toy and has not managed to chew it to pieces.

Five stars for the stock and the service, less one for pricing. The staff are super friendly and they have EVERYTHING dog you could need. However the prices are all a little high. So thing Wholefoods in lieu of QFC. Much nicer experience, if you don't mind paying for that.
