I have been coming to this bank for the past 3 year, no issues. Lately the Associates they have working for them, they lack training and customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional.nIf you are going to ask to move from the line to serve another customer, may be try to start with( Can you please) not (Now I have to ask you to go and park somewhere and we will let you know when its ready) it's not the matter of saying but how you are saying it. Very rude and no apology what so ever. Last time I check am a customer too. If you are asking me to me to take care of another Customer. I came to another branch no issues.nBut am not surprised once I looked at your ratings?

I would not recommend this branch to anyone. I visited this branch with my wife and was shocked by the customer service Mandy provided. She was not helpful at all. Very rude and impatient. Open an account anywhere else but here. The manager and this representative should both be fired. Lake Nona is a very good area, pleasant staff should be a PRIORITY.
Good location. Terrible service very slow Mandy hates her job and it’s obvious. Need someone new working there. I would not open account here.
