Very Nice Staff. But always a long wait. You can't even get them on the phone most of the time. I cringe when I have to go inside. I personally love the one on one relationship with the ATM machines. They are a lot more reliable.
It's a monday at 1245pm. 1 teller and 1 person at the door. 15 people in line. What an inconvenience to use this bank. I'm so glad I dont have an account here. I'm only here to deposit for my company. Thank you bank of America for wasting my afternoon
This bank is the worst. They operate with the most minimal of staff and aren't even apologetic about long wait times. Waiting for 30 minutes now in drive through b/c they've closed the inside. 6 cars ahead of me and 5 behind me.nnFind another bank to do business with!
Always closed for some reason or the most ridiculous hours of operation when they are open. The only reason I come here is for an account for someone else. I would never personally use this bank ever. Would be zero stars is possible.
