Quick, quality service from true professionals. They had my riding mower fixed within a few days and had it running just as it had been when I first got it. With this kind of service and reasonable prices, I will definitely continue to use Rick's.
If you want a repair experience that will take longer than 3 months, an experience where the staff either lies about the status or fails to call you back, or an experience that will end in frustration and a piece of equipment not fixed, this is the place for you! I dropped my chainsaw off in late November and had to go back in March to get it unfixed. Supposedly the part was on order although I was told that for over a month. They hadn’t even sharpened either of the chains I had requested be sharpened when I had to go pick it back up. I guess the only saving grace is that I will now get to take it to a shop that is cheaper, higher quality, and faster.

Great company. Great service. If you have a small engine that needs repairs. This is the company I recommend.
Didn’t tell me there was a $25 fee to give me a repair estimate for my chainsaw. Once they finished the estimate they told me the cost would be $85 to fix it. I wasn’t a fan of paying this much to get a chainsaw fixed that I rarely use, but decided I would support a local business so I agreed to let them fix it. When they fixed it the total cost came out to $101. Very frustrating.
