Awesome Place always easy to deal with specially with horses coming in and out of the country
I was in touch my email with Dr. Harpor for my cats travel certificate endorsement. Suddenly he stopped answering. Now Im one week before my trip and nobody even answer the phone. They say to call to get an appointment but nobody answer the phone. I have one hour calling non stop and nobody pick up the phone. Am I supposed to go to Miami Airport from Boca Raton just to check if they are open and taking walk ins?nI don’t understand why is such a poor service from a government institution.
I went today to get my USDA veterinarian certificate endorsed today for travel tonight. I did not have an appointment. I arrived at 7:30 when they opened the door.. I was welcomed by the security guard and wrote down my name and credit card info on a sheet that I was kindly guided to by the security guard.. Within 10 minutes my dogs documents are received, within the next half hour I was kindly given my documents endorsed. The experience was easy. There is parking on the premises. I was grateful to have such an easy experience
The workers at this place were so kind. Besides they helped with the travel requirements for our pet. They were so helpfull. It's nice to be in country were public workers are so caring.
The guys at the USDA were nice and helpful. The location isn't hard to find, but consult the map to be sure how to get there, cause it can get a bit tricky.
