Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kiersten was a pleasure and the manager Manuela was so helpful. They fixed all of our issues and were much better than calling the 611 number. We will be back!!
I have been a customer of the Tavernier AT&T store for many years and I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I needed a new phone a year ago, Ian was extremely helpful. He even reviewed my account and recommended ways that I could save on my monthly charges! Two weeks ago, I needed to add a phone that was with another carrier. I had the pleasure of working with Manuela and Ashley over the course of several days. An error on my part required them to spend quite a bit more time than normal to make the transfer. They were always very professional and patient with me. Keep up the good work !
My husband and I were visiting from out of town when he ended up breaking his phone and needing to upgrade to a new one. We had the pleasure of being helped by Manuela. She was so sweet and funny and extremely helpful!!! We would choose to work with her over any of the AT&T reps where we are from. She is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you for your assistance!!!
I had a great experience at this store. Ian got me set up with exactly what I needed and a little bit more of what I didn’t need but was happy to purchase. ud83dude02 A good salesman but not pushy. Manuela was the icing on the cake. Her kindness is genuine and her knowledge is outstanding. She went above and beyond by helping me after hours, saving me a lot of heartache.
Honestly..... this store is the best AT&T store I have ever been to. The young professional Ian was amazing, helped me with all my concerns about getting a new phone and then some. Seriously if you need anything. Ian is the guy to go see.
