The only reason I have continued to go to this clinic is Dr. Maria Pol who is an excellent doctor and special human being, but everything else with this clinic is always a problem.nSince July 16 I made an appointment for my daughter and my son, at that time I made the appointment for August 10, I do not mind waiting because the doctor is worth it. Today, Friday 7 at noon, I receive a call that the doctor was no longer available and that the appointment will be on August 31. One of the reasons for the appointment was the vaccination that my daughter requires to enter the seventh grade, which at August 31 appointment was not feasible for me.nnWhen I said this, they transferred me to the central clinic and a representative confirmed that she had spoken with the administrator and that the clinic had a cancellation for 3 pm and that she could give me that appointment with another Dr. Montero, the representative was very nice at that time. She explained to me that she was scheduling the appointment and that she was putting the note that although the baby was not going to be attended to, but I was going to be going with because I had no place to leave it and I was clear about that, she said that was not a problem.nnI arrived at the clinic at 2:20 pm and the security and the assistant who came out asked me the reason for my visit and I said that i had an appointment at 3pm, the first thing the security told me was that at that time they had seen everyone the same thing said the assistant. All that was in the parking lot. That was so rude...who wants to go to a medical center during this time? if you go there is because you have a reason. Finally, after much explaining, they took the trouble to check the system and see that someone had definitely scheduled the appointment for my daughter and that the doctor could see the girl but that time they put the excuse that I was with a two-year-old baby and that the doctor could not see my daughter because there could only be one child inside the office because is not allowed by CDC. If CDC made that regulation when you first do the appointment they need to explain that. Even i took the time to say that i was going with him, they said the doctor is not going to allow that.nnIn the end they gave me the vaccination paper, but this should not happen, because at the end they could not reschedule my daughter's appointment she lost today appointment and august 31 appointment because at the time they have a problem with the system and can not make the new appointment.nHow can this happen? How can there be so much discrepancy and disorganization? how could be so no polite person in a medical facility?

I went in for an upset stomach and i was throwing up for the past few days. I went to the doctor at 12:00pm. They register me in the system at 12:15pm. Its 3:41Pm now i have been waiting for over 3 hours. They still have yet to see me. I will change my doctor after today. This is unbelievable what kind of a place they ate running here. ud83dude21

Been with them 3 almost 4 years but recently they changes all the employees and its impossible to make an apt they either dont answer or dont call back or they simply hang up on you or put you on hold with no warning and when they finally answer after 1 week and 45 minites hold 1. she doesnt speak english even tho i pressed 1 for english 2 .she sound likw she was napping 3.shes rude 4 .she hung up on me after waiting 50 minutes!!!! still no apt i call again 4 times finally i pressesd 0 like if i was dr office n the lady help me but this is totally unprofessional and if you try to walk in they act stank and tell you to go to er or make you wait forever and and NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH what if I didnt speak spanish?!?!?! We are in the united states why cant you put someone who speaks english or is bilingualnFYI if you have a primary dr you go to the dr first ER is just for life threaten injuries or after hours NOT BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GET PAID TO NOT WORK!

This place is so BADLY run!!!!!!! Their staff is soooo incompetent! I was on the phone for over an hour!!! & when they finally came back on only to transfer me to a voice mail... at this point I left a message to their referral department... a day later am on the phone AGAIN... My message was NEVER answered and I have now been on the phone for over an hour AGAIN and I've been transferred over and over.... So frustrating
