I had a bit of issue returning a Christmas present with receipt at CORONADO CENTER STORE #328 Salesperson 0325188 (Pauppakaa). She is NOT friendly whatsoever. I felt like she was unhappy to help. She has no customer service skills and does NOT know your holiday return policy. (No greeting, No smile, No thank you. She stated I was beyond my 30 days for return for holiday purchase 12/1/19 return 1/12/20 even though receipt stated returns are within 45 DAYS + extended return policy for purchases 11-18-19 through 1-1-20 returnable until 2-18-20) She has no business representing any company that actually wants customers who will return to the store. Eventually after I had to explain YOUR policy to her, she unhappily proceeded with return without receipt even though I had one. Will not be returning to this store.

Ok. I'll preface this by saying we didn't end up buying anything here because they didn't have the shoes my son wanted in his size. They still get 5 stars because the employee that assisted us was patient and helpful for the process of sorting out what size shoes my son likely needed as it turns out the ones he swore fit him properly are actually 2 sizes too big. But that's a different post for a different time.
