Drove up in drive through and teller looked at me then turned around. Not even acknowledging me. Glad I don't bank here.
I brought personal and business banking to this branch and bank. When I had a fraud issue on my debit card the bank didnt protect my interests and some of the management treated me with open antisemitism and my branch manager didnt even fight for me. I have filed a complaint with their federal regulator and will be notifying social media.
Rude customer service Milton hernandez can’t even help me open a account asking me for prove of a FPL bill don’t bank with bank that has low rate there horrible

Horrible experience they put a hold on my account without alerting me i highly recommend do not come to this branch they are so unprofessional and always assume things. I went twice to this branch spoke with the same lady and she did not help me.
