The lines are always very long and the tellers are slow. It's inconvenient that they open at 9am and the energy in the bank is low. only one banker actually attempts to resolve issues accurately. Also there's never more than 3 tellers working at this busy location. I'm severely considering taking my business elsewhere.

Here to make a deposit for a loved one and had the longest wait time. More than 20 minutes of waiting in line with 3 tellers available and plenty other reps throughout the branch. No Manager asking or inquiring when the line reached to 8 or more. Also, the tellers are interrupted while dealing with their client (disrespectful). The customer feedback is only if you have an account and the phone number provided does not take you to a survey.

What I like about this bank is there is plenty of smiling faces offering help, and checking in with their customers. I'm in here now I counted 6+ all helping customers this is why I love Wells Fargo! When I have to go to the other banks I'm always in a long line with 2 tellers (on prob not even taking customer working tasks)
