I giving 1 star because I don’t have the option to put less than 5. My husband was there today trying to withdraw money for purchase a car and the manager of the branch told him that he can’t withdraw more than 5k. The way that she spoke yo him was that she own the branch and her politic was that. On the branch of bank of America of the 8 st the manager help him and he was able to withdraw the amount that he need. Is inaceptable that a manager of the branch representing Bank of America treat so bad clients. Also, my husband ask her name and she completely refused to giving to him. This actitud needs to be reported in all channels.
Amazing service, quick and efficient, love that branch
The worst branch I have visited. You are lucky if there’s more than 1 teller at a time while 3 other bank employees are walking around most of the times aimlessly. Never spent less than 20 minutes waiting to make a simple deposit with lines sometimes exceeding 15 people. The most unpleasant banking experience.
Worst Bank branch ever! Been waiting 1 hr. 1 teller on duty line has 8 people. Customer service rep was asked if he could assist with checking account, he said hold on 30 mins then went to talk to his coworker. Did not return took his things and left, he told us he just came from lunch so we couldn't understand his nonchalant attitude to assist. They need a new effective Branch Manager and employees need customer service training without clients, banking operations would end.
