My wife and I stopped in on March 21st thinking she would need a new phone. The associate on duty actually fixed her phone, took care of 5 other customers at the same time, and answered a few phone calls. Outstanding service and knowledgability. Have been to other AT&T stores prior to this, but we'll always return to this Dunnellon store from now on. There is no comparison!

The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and set up my appointment, which is why I added a star. However, once I got there the young lady acted as though she didn't know about my appointment. Further, she claimed to know nothing about the website's prepaid promotion and then told me that I would need to go an AT&T somewhere else to make a switch back to them. Very disappointed. Usually I get decent customer service when I go to an AT&T store, but I felt unwelcomed and as though I was intruding during this last visit. Perhaps I'll stick with my current cell phone provider.
After about 15 hoursnWith AT&T people in Honduras, trying to understand broken English, swapped him Sim cards numerous times and repeating the same diagnostic over and over, I went to the local AT&T store where the woman changed The number so now AT&T demand i pay the full price upfront now,
