Tara and manager Cathy are a joy to work with. was happy that we choose this.location for our switch from Verizon to cricket. we happened to be there at the time when the cricket system was having glitches for all of cricket. tara and Cathy stuck with it to make sure that our switch was successful and we left happy customers. I would recommend this store to anyone and the service recieved was the best customer service we have had in a long time. if you want wonderful knowledgeable friendly service this is the cricket store you want to visit.
Shout out to Cathy the Manager in Dunnellon, she is amazing and so helpful. If you are in need of a phone go see her, she will help in any way possible. I have never had customer service like she had given me !! I cant even start to say enough about that store !
Was having an issue with my phone & was very pleased with the service I received today.would recommend them to everyone and I cant say as much about the store in Inverness.I was there yesterday & was extreamly dissappointed!! 5 stars for your store in Dunnilen!!
