Derby and Brandie were super helpful, very nice and made the whole opening process quick and painless.
I had a wonderful experience today at our local Bank of America in Dunnellon, Florida. Houston Burke resolved all my issues and went above and beyond to help me and even saved me some money in the end. I so appreciated their kindness and help. Also the teller Brandy and security guard were friendly, helpful and all around nice. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to be for many more.
Although we were glad to see one familiar face and waited on right away and no issues. I am very disappointed that they CLOSED the drive-through. And all new staff since we have moved here. We would walk in and everybody knew us.
Who on earth would decide to close drive-in service in an area that has many elderly and handicapped people. Today's visit revealed one teller working and a line almost out the door. VERY difficult to reach a person by phone. Poor customer service. BOA cares about earning money, not their customers.
Very rude higher management. They wouldn't exchange bills for the company I work for. You have to be a cardholder with them. She said if you had an account with us, and I said no and she said all snotty well that's why you can't get change from us.
