Audiology Associates has been great in my two visits. They are very well organized. Setting up an appointment has been a breeze. Everyone at the front desk have been great. They call me when they say they will. Dr. Becker has been very good in my diagnosis. I had a hearing test and it was pleasant and easy to do. I recommend them highly.
They were very punctual, they took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on w my hearing and how the hearing aide would help. Much appreciated. Even made adjustment to they temps.!
My mother came in for an evaluation and the audiologist was awesome!! Very compassionate and empathetic and did great with her. Loved her
Initially I was frustrated because I had explained the unusual way I had injured myself causing the deafness in my right ear & the Dr dismissed my story.nAfter a month of trying the traditional treatment of steroids with did nothing to return my hearing I meet with a different doctor understood how I damage my hearing and then recommended I try a newly approved treatment using the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Which has shown great improvement.
Dr. Van Oss provided excellent service in helping me have a better fit with my hearing aids. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options. She is very professional and customer friendly, definitely a keeper!
