We waited at the drive-thru through window for 20 minutes and finally left. One of the windows said close for lunch for 30 minutes. When a bank can't stay open at lunch time something's wrong. just saying.

Very disappointed, lately, in this branch. I’ve been a customer for over almost two years and was experiencing fine service. I’m not sure if management changed or what, but I’ve been let down. In the past month, I’ve been told twice that things regarding my account would be done and they weren’t. If something can’t be completed, fine. But don’t tell a customer that something is taken care of and not do it. I don’t care what business you’re in...that doesn’t fly.

I have been a customer of BB&T for many years and have always done my banking in Panama City. They are fantastic there especially Carla! Unfortunately, I used this branch today. If I had started my BB&T experience here I would not have remained a BB&T customer!!! The customer service was BEYOND lacking!!! I will never come back to this location again!!!!!! BOO BB&T!! Bad form!
