Wendall has always been fair in the past. So when I asked him to change 1 sprinkler head in my front lawn and he offered to drop the invoice in my mailbox, I thought nothing of it...until the invoice was $115.00.nn$15.00 partn$25.00 laborn$75.00 service feennWhen I asked for an explanation in the service fee, I was ignored. So I paid him and parted ways.

When your doing are unauthorized work under someone else's License . Not GOOD AT ALL .. Especially for a newly established company. When performing work, please be sure your name is on the permit not another company. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS, and PRACTICES.. just saying..You have been reported to Lake County!
