I went in today around noon to deposit a check. There was no wait at all, and the process was quick and easy despite said check being in my married name and my ID still being in my maiden name (thanks, COVID). The employees all followed masking and social distancing guidelines, as well, which was much appreciated. Overall, a fast and painless visit!
I waited online for 35 minutes the teller was very friendly and amazing but the branch itself that is absolutely unacceptable.....many people on the line talked about closing their accounts I'm thinking about it as well I don't have 35 40 minutes every time I need my teller.
It took my husband 20min to come out of there. I called to see what was going on they only had 2 people working and both of them were talking to customers instead of taking care of those waiting to be seen. When he finally came out 3 more people came up. They had 6 people waiting out the door to be seen and I think they only let 2 or 3 at a time. They should have boa on 19 and cortez open on weekends.
Closed my fathers account after he passed and they kept the money since there was no beneficiary or will they kept all of the money and very rude.
This particular location does a very bad job at meeting customers needs. How management isn't attempting to fix the reviews that I've read. Is beyond me
