Stay away from this bank! Most incompetent bank I've delt with over the past 30 years and 100's of loans personally and professionally.nThe 2 so called managers I've delt with to handle a simple auto loan transaction had no real understanding of how collateral loans work. They kept having to call their call center to ask questions. Long story short they lost my buyer and screwed me out of 4900 of my liquid cash due to incompetence. Then one called me to agknowlage I was right but then still failed to due their job. Painfully as these are 2 lady's with 15 years experience in banking. Sorry but people should run from B of A and stop supporting this poor excuse of a bank that should not even have America in it's name!
Positive experience because of Karen..Always hoping she is in attendance when I visit..Very knowledgeable always pleasant very efficient she knows the customer has a choice..An asset at BOA. at any location...She gets 5 Stars every time..Thanks for ur service Karen.
Bank of America don't care about this spot. If they did they would hire more people to work here. The older adult are not the problem and there's a lot of them. But the staffing sucks. Never enough people to just run a bank. Sad. Not good. Please fix
