I'm just tired of how tyndall is ran, how they do things, and how hard it is to get a dang bank statement! Seriously are holding me up from getting my house because it is impossible to get help! You can't ever speak to any one at any branch! I'll be taking my money else where very soon. I've been dealing with this for 5 years and I've had enough.

Getting an auto loan with them has been a very taxing experience. Their requirement of having to do the title work when it’s a owner purchase out of state is very antiquated and cumbersome. It will be 45+ days before we get our registration and tags. This is u acceptable. Has we been allowed to do our own vehicle registration we wouldn’t be parking our new auto for 20 days while waiting on them to do the registration process. Totally unacceptable and I would never consider any type of loan with them again due to them not being willing to work with you when you do a non dealer purchase. Very disappointed to be parking a car we are paying 1,400+ a month for.

Where do I begin...Attempted to open an account online and got told we have a 'fraud warning' on my husbands credit report. We paid the 3 credit bureaus for copies of credit report to see that there is no fraud warning and tyndall had never pulled a credit report. Waited until appointments were available and went into lobby to open account. Because online people wont talk to you until fraud warning 'falls off of your credit'.nnGal at PSJ branch who opened our account was very friendly. She instructed us to go online to set up online banking and sign up for estatements. Getting online access was horrible. Not a simple task. Once again, online chat person VERY unhelpful.nnSigned up for estatements is a JOKE! You have to change just about every setting on your computer to come up with a code that you get after scrolling thru the terms and agreement pdf form you have to download. Input code and click agree....nothing happens. You assume you are now signed up for estatements. Until bam, the following month, you get a paper statement and slapped with a service charge for not signing up for estatements. Open another chat online to get the estatements figured out and sorted. Gal gets me signed up for estatements after telling me that I need to type out code and not copy/paste code (which I was) has to be done on computer (Which I was), has to be all caps ( which I was)... Then amazingly the rep was able to sign me up for estatements herself! Why cant this be done when you are opening an account? Would definitely save you and me a lot of time.nnDont get me started on the automatic 14 day hold that gets placed on all deposits (because you are a new member). Checks now clear over night or at most a couple days. 14 days to use my money before I get to use. Doesnt matter that there is funds in savings account to cover check deposited.nnTyndall needs to concentrate more on their customer service and less on tv sponsorship.nnBeing a new member, I ask myself, why stay? What are they providing for me that I cant get from any other credit union or bank on the same block? Is it worth all the hassles that Tyndall puts you through? I think not!

I’ve been a loyal member for 35+ years. I can get loans from banks and Credit Unions I don’t do business with but Tyndall won’t give me a RV loan. Tyndall benefits from my money but won’t do anything for me. I’ll take my money to a credit union that values me as a member. I’ve always stayed with them because I do like banking with them but they aren’t the same as they were many years ago.

My wife on my joint account was just treated rudely by port st. joe branch and it seems to be the same customer service that this branch seems to offer. This ball is in your court now tyndall fix your problem before everyone of your clients goes to any bank I can get them into with better customer service. This is multiple times myself and my wife have been treated like second class citizens by this branch. I will spend the rest of my life switching your clients to better credit unions like Navy Federal.
