I run a pet store in Texas and ordered from Strickey with the worst experience ever. First they said they are going to hold my order a week because of the cold weather, then a day later they call and ask if I can pick up the order at a fedex sorting facility. Makes no sense. Then they call back and say the truck will deliver it that day. Come 4:30 pm it comes in with every animal dead. Paid for the over night shipping, took two days all animals dead and when I called customer service they refused to refund anything. They said and I quote “let’s not talk about our responsibility and what we’re liable for because you won’t like that conversation. Used them for many order but will no longer. Absolutely horrid way to treat customers.

My friend purchased a lizard from.them and it died 24 hours later then the replacement took 2 days to die. unfortunately its past its guarantee but..both were sick at delivery and so is the living one now. I understand this is how they come in but the health condition they are in when shipped regardless of how they purchase it themselves. This is how animal cruelty continues. keep buying from bad sources and those sources will continue to supply sick animals that probably spend weeks in shipping...

I recently placed an order for several different reptiles for the pet store I work at. The cornsnakes I ordered are fresh newborn babies they still have not eaten for me. I also ordered a radiated ratsnake that came in very sick, today it actually died it started puking blood which I have encountered in all my years of keeping reptiles. The tarantulas I ordered were not packaged properly they had way to much free space to be tossed around which I witnessed Fedex doing as they were bring them inside the store probably because the box had no indicators stating that it contained live animals. Extremely disappointed with my entire experience with this company. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Strictly is great for all your reptiles really takes care of there customers will help with questions and just has really nice customer service I been ordering here for years

If I could rate zero stars I would. Never buy a reptile from here anyone who actually knows anything about reptiles can see they are neglected and sold without proper care. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
