I had a great experience getting my corgi puppy from here and I was walked through everything very thoroughly. I definitely recommend getting a puppy from here.nnUpdate: I’ve had my puppy Stella for 11 days now and she has been a blessing. Super happy and healthy puppy. I’ve taken her twice to the vet that Petland collaborates with (for a puppy checkup and for further vaccinations), and they’re absolutely amazing! The price at Petland is definitely higher than most pet stores, but you also have to consider what you are getting, that in normal instances you’d pay out of pocket after getting the puppy anyway.
Want to give a huge thanks to Anthony and Chris. They were really helpful when it came to choosing the right dog. They went to all the extremes to make sure we left happy and knowledgeable about how to take are of our first puppy. Excited to take these next few steps into the future. If your walking into this location ask for those either one of those gentlemen they will not lead you down the wrong path. Thank you guys again see you soon.....
This place was amazing! Me and my mom came here on Black Friday, there were so many great deals! We even extremely loved a pet of our own, a brown poodle named Stella! So many helpful people also, Stephanie gave us many many details about poodles and Oliver was really nice helpful and patient with us about the prices and deals! Like monthly pay, etc! My cousin went and told me about this place as that’s where she got her pup so I decided to go. It was my first time and I was looking for a specific breed, who I thought would be hypoallergenic. I spoke to Mica and she showed me who they were. I was able to play with one of them but I ended up breaking out in hives so I told Mica about it and she came back with a list of all the hypoallergenic dogs they have. I saw one that wasn’t on the list and well.... after some play time, I ended up taking it home and I didn’t breakout! Mica was super helpful with the process. She explained everything, even showing me where they get their puppies! Mica walked me through the purchasing, the feeding, and the homecoming kit! I came in with my mom and my 2 cousins who both have autism! Mica was patient with each of them as they had tons of questions too. Thank you Mica for taking care of us and being so engaging with my family and I. Winston and I are very happy! We’ll be visiting next week! ❤ufe0f
Kerry was extremely helpful and professional. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store and gave us the same high quality customer service throughout our process. The first puppy he brought us was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to him we’re going home with a beautiful silver Labrador to join our family! He was great!
