Excellent time. Went on Palm Sunday. Our server K was fantastic. I ordered Angel Hair pasta with creamy marinara & Chicken Frita. So good. My friend had the lasagna which looked amazing. Such a great experience. Will definitely go back.
I’m sitting outside right now in the sun waiting to go in. The restaurant is practically empty and for some reason of their own device we have a 30 minute wait. I don’t think they have enough help. We can’t wait inside for their own rules. This is not the rules of Naples Florida nor the state of Florida. It’s Olive Garden’s own policy of making the customer wait outside in the sun and sweat because they don’t know how to staff the restaurant. It’s 85° right now. This is inconsiderate of the customer. There’s no reason we can’t wait inside and there is no law that says we can’t. We are a single family of seven people that all live together and the waiting room is completely and utterly empty.
Food was very good. Chicken parmesan, enough for 2 meals. Shrimp scampi, delicious. Taste of Italy, fully loaded plate for 2 people. Crispy, fresh salads. Excellent service. Thank you
I was there a couple of weeks ago & neglected to follow up when my servers name was fresh in my head. He was a young, black man w a unique name. He memorized 6 orders perfectly & provided separate checks flawlessly.nThe best service Ive had in years! He is an asset to any team.
I ordered to go. Picked up food and it was really hot. The food was at perfect temperature for me. Food was delicious.nOne recommendation is for more napkins.
