Gerardo the manager of the branch was extremely unprofessional. I’ve been with TD bank for years and never had this kind of treatment. He was rude, gave attitude, and went out of his way to make sure I would not be helped. I had fraud on my account and was instructed over the phone to go in person to have a new account opened right away. Not only did Gerardo REFUSE to open an account for me, he lied and said he was told over the phone that “it’s protocol” and I can’t open another account. After questioning him multiple times and asking how it’s possible that I can’t access my money anymore and asking WHY I can’t, he gave no answer and just rudely kept saying “as I already told you you can’t open an account” and that I can’t access my money. He gave NO answers, didn’t try to help at all and starting typing on his computer until I left. I called customer service right away and was told he lied to me and that “the manager Gerardo didn’t feel comfortable opening an account for you.” I went into another branch and they opened one right away.nI am SHOCKED at the treatment I received and cannot believe he is still employed there and as a manager no less. Appalling. Do not go into this branch. Worst person I have ever dealt with.

I wish they had a minus zero, I would do that.nThey say they are open and u get there or call and they r not. Website not updated. Its the most inconvenient bank although they say its the most convenient bank. Gotta find anothernbank. That's sad cuz I really liked them years ago, been there @ least 11yrs

Important things to take care of since the system is a monopoly by you guys. And now your entire system throughout all banks is down..... Way to handle business with a partner. Will be cancelling entire account and taking business to wells fargo

This bank is so unprofessional they open at 8:30 I went there with all intentions to open a bank account the girl that open was nasty and rude made me wait after 8:30 till almost 8;40 to slide open the door and tell me to go online to open a bank account while I WAS RIGHT THERE TO DO SO she then told me to go to the drive thru how did she know I even had a vehicle to do so. Just nasty unprofessional definitely seem like she just didn’t wanna work
