The Manager of this branch Damita Salters is very unprofessional, I came to request a bank letter and she informed me that BOA doesn’t provide those kind of letters. I called multiple branches and the 1800 number which reassured me that they should’ve printed the letter there!

Arrived at the store 20 minutes before close. Lady was sitting down didn’t want to help wouldn’t take an appointment for tomorrow. What a waste of a bank.

WORST customer service. Elsa Aguilar has a real bad attitude, almost like she has problems at home and releases her frustration when she comes here to work. She is not capable of even cleaning McDonald's bathroom across the street.

I went to this branch to cash a check that was written from a Bank of America account. They refused to cash my check like it wasn't real or something. I pulled up their policy online and the woman whom I assumed was in charge(because she never introduced herself) told me that wasn't their policy and it's nothing she could do. She gave me a card to call Corporate that seems only useful if you bank with them. Long story short I ended up taking it to another bank opened an account and was very satisfied with the service.
