The slowest service I ever experienced in a bank! Unbelievable :( one hour to meet a customer service agent to update my account in 1 minute, I wish if I had the option to do it from home. Plenty of people waiting around and one agent to assist. So many people left after their extended waiting time. The branch manager need to reconsider their staffing level, otherwise their clients will take their business somewhere else.

Tellers line are too slow, management have more workers in the desks than tellers, they can be more effective time wise

No one ever answers the phone . All I needed was a quick yes or no answer and I will have to drive there.
