Love coming to this bank, very fast and quick I understand it can sometimes get busy but it’s not a problem. They always acknowledged you and ask if you need help!

First time here never again waist of time in this location. Being a customer for Wells Fargo for more than 10 years and never experienced what experience in this location. The frustration of waiting 15 mins in the drive thru empty. Press for service 5 times and get ignored and left..nnPerson who gave 5 stars to this place most be part of this branch there’s not in an out from this place

I really don't know about these other reviews. Maybe I've been lucky or something because every time I come into this location I'm in and out, never been in there longer than 10 minutes. Not that I go into the bank a lot, but if been there probably 5 times. The staff is nice and professional, try going to Bank of America they are going downhill. Now that's a nightmare. Literally have to in line 30 to 40 minutes every single month to make a deposit on someone's account. One of these days everyone started complaining because there was only one teller. The manager told us well my other teller is out to lunch she has to eat!! I was like yes I agree everyone has to eat but don't you think you should have more than 2 tellers at a time like you can't afford it! She gave me a dirty look and walked away. When I was with Regions they tried me when I went to withdraw $5000 bucks said I needed to let them know ahead of time. I had to schedule a date and time to get MY OWN MONEY out. Once I went in I withdrew everything and told them to close my account. Wells Fargo is by far the best and they stay open later than any other banks. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

This place is absolutely horrible, it takes so long when there is only 2 people in the car line and nobody inside I’ve been waiting here for 1 hour

Just went there today to open a new account with an appointment at 10:30 and I was waiting outside for about 10 minutes . The lady who came to the door was super rude. Not even wearing her mask properly she accused me of being late to my appointment after waiting outside for 10 minutes . She told me I had to reschedule after Ive been waiting over a week for this appointment. I Will never go back to this bank. Fortunately there’s a chase right next to them and I was able to set another appointment with chase .
