HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! There is a “team leader” or “manager” here named George who treated me and my boyfriend terribly and screamed at us in front of the other customers. He did not want to identify himself and said his name is George. He did not even have a name tag. We wanted to cash a check and they were not giving us a clear explanation as to why we can’t cash it. He was very dismissive and did not want to give an explanation or help us. He basically did not care and kept telling us to step to the side. He didn’t even give us options as to what we can do. He looks like he doesn’t want to be there. There is NO HUMAN DECENCY and in the middle of a pandemic they don’t care about helping customers or at least being decent. NO WONDER THIS PLACE ONLY HAS ONE STAR REVIEWS. I would never do business with CitiBank or come to this branch.
THEY'VE BEEN TRYING BUT THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE MANAGEMENT THAT'S HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO ACHIEVE!!!
This people need to be in training for customer service and bank operations.nThey do not care about customers period.nChange all the people in this branch.
Really bad experience every time I come here. Employee don’t really know what they are doing and the tell whatever comes to mind just to get you out of their face.
