Worst customer service Bank in the world. Spend hours on the phone talking to somebody who couldn't even speak English I couldn't understand why do you farm add all your operators keep it in the America use the United States.

I had an appointment with Amanda Lopez set up by the branch because I was told the inside was closed. I made the appointment 2 days before to notarize a financial document and other financial things. I was sent several text and email reminders. I showed up at the appointed time and was told Amanda Lopez was off. They also said the inside was not closed and didn't know why I needed to make an appointment. The person who notarized my document was not the name on the seal. He also did not want to take care of my other things. He said he was in charge because the manager was off and would be back the next day. When I called back the next day to speak with the manager I got a recording the branch was temporarily closed!!!

So with the pandemic happening it’s been difficult to get into the lobby for banking. I made an appointment but realized it was a phone appointment and needed to have a wire transfer for the purchase of a home. The title company would not accept it through the computer. Well I panicked and called and Maggy was able to find a spot for me since it had to be done that day. I am so appreciative of her for helping me, it’s hard to navigate the new normal and she totally went above and beyond for me!

I would have left 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest that I could leave. This bank is horrible. Worst customer service ever. I ended up walking out of the bank. Line of 10 people and one Teller. Lots of Employees around but not to help making the line shorter.
