****WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE****** i have been taking my dog here for many years, and I was always content with the job that was done, detailed and consistent. Recently the owners changed and I don't know where the problem stemmed from?? Maybe a new groomer (as last time I took my dog here I did not recognize the groomer). When I picked my dog up I was met with her sad eyes and when we got home she turned over and I saw CUTS ON HER STOMACH. THEY HAD TRIED TO SHAVE HER TUMMY AREA HAIR AND CUT HER. And I do understand that groomers are human and accidents happen BUT HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO NOT EVEN MENTION IT TO ME?????? So unprofessional. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS NOT THE END OF MY EXPERIENCE. a couple of days later I notice my dog has a weird odor. If you own a pet you know this can be from a variety of reasons so WHEN I CAME ACROSS HER HAVING A DOUBLE EAR INFECTION I WAS NOT ONLY HORRIFIED BUT ALSO FURIOUS. MY DOG IS NOT ONLY IN PAIN BUT SERIOUSLY MESSED UP. I'm writing this review a week later (the cut is nto as visible as I was willing to forgive this until I found the double ear infection) i will try to post the two pictures regardless. But again PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE I AM HORRIFIED. I will also be posting this on Yelp and anywhere else because I know how much people care for their pets and this honestly is a CRIME.
Wonderful experience always. Very accommodating. He clearly loves what he does and it is reflected in all of his work.
New owner ...rude and did not honor original pricing. Been going for over 2 years with Jose and they really have an attitude
