Definitely won’t come back here, I disagreed with the teller(Edwin) and ask for a manager and he told me no managers on site. And basically never resolved my situation. Not coming back here.
I went today Friday 26 at noon to the E. Hallandale Bch. Blvd location.nI had to take rudeness and a total ineffectiveness from a lady with some kind of Argentinean accent who may need professional mental care and anger management. Rude, unknowledgeable, aggressive.
Best bank I have been too, thanks to the kind and supportive people that work there!
This is the second time that I call in to the Hallandale Beach Branch. Both times, the people that get on the phone did not show the slightest skill to handle customers that experience issues. Their ambition is apparently predominating the customer by constantly interrupting and speaking even louder when you do not stop finishing the sentence that you started.
Discrimination on young clients !!! At this location . Don’t use teller Marcia
