I was referred to Active Life to get compression items for my lymphedema. I have had nothing but problems since my appointment in March 2020. I was measured for a compression sleeve, gauntlet, bra, and swell spot. Of those four items, only the gauntlet fits. And trying to exchange the sleeve and swell spot has been nothing short of failure. The sleeve was too short, the bra too big, and the swell spot too large as well. I have been told that the items that I wanted to exchange were going to be mailed directly to my house but have received nothing. I have called multiple times and been told that the items are in the mail. I am so frustrated at this point and just don't want anything to do with this company. I was pretty understanding about the delays due to COVID but at this point can't believe that I will ever get my items. If you can go somewhere else for compression items, go somewhere else.

Incredibly expensive compared to other services of the same type. The garments they sell are overpriced, they'll send you them without getting any details on the type or color you want, and to top it off there's a no return policy on any items. The no return policy is kept in this Hipaa form you sign before being able to purchase the items. I'd never work with them again. The items they sell can be purchased for 5 times less in other places, with no drop in quality.

Best in town for Orthotics, Prosthetics and Compression! Family run and super friendly.

I am disappointed! I picked this place based on reviews. I did not receive any of the 4 star rating. A 3 week leg has taken 2 months that still not right so I had to return it. I'm telling the tech how unhappy I am for the umph time he tells me it is always an open door. In 28 years this is one of the worst I been too Beware! UPDATE: The staff their has reached out to make things right.
