I really like the store because it's always well-stocked. They are taking extreme precautions for the pandemic which really impresses me and will encourage me to come back. I have ordered online and picked up at the store unfortunately you have to go all the way back to receive it which means you're exposed from the time you walk in to the time you go to the back. Good news is that's not crowded and I feel very safe going there despite the pandemic. Keep up the good work! Love the store love the discounts I love the quality of the products that are in there. one other thing, I was able to order tall pants online and pick them up at the store and I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and the quantity available to me that I never found before in any other store!

The staff at the return desk MUST inspect returns and not put them back on the shelf for resale! Purchased a vacuum/mop from the store and when I opened the box at home I discovered 1 of 2 sweeper pads were missing and the container of cleaning liquid had been opened and used! Almost half the bottle was gone! I will be returning this product to the store immediately. Let's just hope it's not put back on the shelf again for some other poor customer to discover after they made their purchases. Kohls employees need to care more about their job. Do better.

Not a big fan of this store. Prices tend to be high. Generally geared to a younger group for clothing. Not much reason to shop there. They should spend more time providing items the public wants than trying to make divisive statements using their withholding of certain merchandise. I will shop elsewhere at stores that believe in freedom. Just sayin.
