I called last Saturday 3/27/21 about my Speed Queen washer leaking oil, the lady took my information and said someone would get right back to me. It’s now April 1st after 5pm and no one has returned my call for assistance with the washer I purchased from them. Speed Queen is a very expensive brand to purchase and should last longer than most other brands with no issues, unfortunately this is not the case with this washer. I would not purchase anything from this store again mainly because of lack of service and follow up! I have called Speed Queen customer service for help with this issue and explained the poor service from this retailer. Speed Queen will be shipping out a new transmission for the washer and I can choose any repair service I choose to replace the defective part.nI can tell you who I won’t be using to make the repairs, sadly the place I bought it from.nBuyer beware!!!nnStill waiting on a response since they were going to get to the bottom of it, just wondering if they would since their reply to the issue was written. Somehow I don’t think they will even bother!!
Friendly service. We wanted to purchase a non throw away washer and dryer. They had the Classic Speed Queen in stock! No more front loaders for us.
Wife an I went in looking for a new range. Shown new as well as used options. Owner was very nice and even looked up availability for us. We aren't in a big hurry and we didn't feel pressured at all into making a decision.
The gentleman I talked to was extremely knowledgeable about the washing machine I wanted. Delivery was within 2 days. I plan on buying all my appliances there.
