My mother had an appointment for an MRI. My gps took me to the address to the building but out in the middle of the woods. I finally got to the medical building 15 minutes past her appointment time. The staff were very understanding of the lateness. My father was asked to wait on the foyer and he played on his tablet. My mother was taken in with a wheelchair that was requested by us and they were very curious and respectful. We had a stellar visit and would recommend this center for everyone needing an image. Thank you.

They will not allow minority patients to bring a guest. The sign on the door reads, “Restroom reserved for patients and their guests only,” implying patients may bring guests. The website and verification phone call cite Covid restrictions, but nothing stating that guests are not allowed. I took my husband for an appointment. The receptionist told me I’d have to wait outside because guests aren’t allowed. I waited outside, as she requested, in the 42 degree weather. Then I started noticing how many other patients were leaving this facility with guests, and how many were still sitting on the waiting room with guests; all Caucasian. A company policy should apply to ALL races, not all races except Caucasian. I wonder if they treat their minority patients differently, too?

After waiting to be seen for a mammogram, I was informed they wouldn’t do it , because I have a pain in the left breast, every now and then , said I had to have a sonagram, would not do mammogram, and reschedule at a later date. Must take paper back to dr., and do it all in one day. After taking a day off work for this . She was very rude !! I could have done mammogram today , and done the sonagram at a later day . What a waste of my day !!

I had to have a CT scan, and John, my technician, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He reassured me and was able to give me peace of mind the whole time. I was nervous about my circumstances, but he listened to my concerns with professionalism and patience. He was excellent. Thank you so much, John!

The staff is very nice, but they don't respect your time. After waiting an hour for my first appointment, I asked very clearly for the second one if it was a hard time or if they were going to keep me waiting for an hour again. I was told it was a hard time. They kept me waiting for an hour again. It's not too much to ask for a phone call before wasting an hour of someone's time, like they expect of you if you're going to be an hour late for an appointment.
