My husband and I went to enjoy a personal celebration yesterday and really looked forward to the usual quality fair and personal service.nHowever ... Although only two other tables were occupied, the waiter only took our drink order. We received two waters. After that, we were completely forgotten. Another group arrived, ordered drinks, got them and placed their food order. We sat about eight feet away and we're royally ignored. Since we had already been waiting for over 15 minutes in a virtually vacant restaurant, we got up and left after leaving a tip. We were hungry and felt insulted. We had been sitting right in the middle of the room, so there is no way this was an unintended oversight.nPlease, get you act together and hire personnel who is willing to provide at least minimal customer service. A far cry from the waitress they used to have before the pandemic who even remembered our order - although we only used to go 3-4 times a year.

They just reopened recently so the one lost star is due to limited wait staff. It looked too us like there was only 2 waitresses and one doubled as bartender. Our food was amazing! We had crab cakes and the shrimp and fish platter, calamari, and calamari chowder. All were great. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job keeping up with our drinks. Will definitely be back.

The staff was very accommodating and patient. The food is outstanding! I would highly recommend! Also shout out to the GM Josh and my waitress Jackie!!!!!nBecause of them I'm definitely coming back!

After driving around to several places for dinner and them telling me we would have a wait time of 2 hours we decided to go elsewhere...so we ended up at Joe's where the young lady told us it would be 15-20 minutes but we had to wait in our car. So we waited 30 minutes and decided to call in to make sure they had our correct number. The lady that answered the phone said that she was sure they had the number correct but she would check and give us a call back. We continue to wait about 10 minutes later and still no call ..well it's been over an hour and no call as of yet...(WE'RE AT FIVE GUYS).

Spent 2 hours at this place. 1 hour for food to come out. There's a window that shows inside the kitchen and one cook wore his mask as a snug blanket for his chin, mouth and nose exposed to the food. Don't even think we had a dedicated server because it was always someone different to bring us food. Never got asked if I wanted a refill. Oh and food was served at different increments, I got my food last and I was at this place celebrating my birthday. Everyone got to eat before me, thanks for the wonderful, overpriced experience for overcooked food. Never coming back.
