I got my Nike's here at a great price and plus they have me my military discount. The service was great.
Clean store but Customer service was not good at all. No one never came to be of service or nothing. The store wasn’t even crowded. After 10 minutes of waiting & not even being acknowledged I put the shoe back & walked out. This is the second time this has happened at this place. I won’t be back for a 3rd.
I am not happy with the service at the Victory Crossing location. My husband bought our daughter some shoes and they were a little snug. She had never worn them before except when she tried them on in the store and right when we got home. We went today to get the size up, however unfortunately the woman behind the counter told me that the shoes had been worn when they hadn't. The shoes are brand new in mint condition and anybody can look right at the shoes and tell they are brand new and never worn. I pointed out to the woman areas on the back of the shoe that shoes they have never been worn and she continued to say they were worn. I am quite confused and disappointed with the service. I am guessing regardless of how the shoe looks that's what they say to everyone in order to not take shoes back. Very disappointed in shoe city.
Wow can I say this store is absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly,and helpful. I have been to several different shoe stores in Portsmouth and Chesapeake , an this one exceeds in customer service!! Prices are also great will recommend this to fellow friendsud83dude0e
