I initially placed my first order at The Birch because I wanted to try a charcuterie tray for the first time. SO damn delicious. Their sandwiches are also top notch and their pimento cheese is amazing (trying that for the first time tonight)! I’ve NEVER gotten a bad meal from this place, and I’ve always been treated warmly when I come in! You got a loyal customer in me!!

This is my favorite place for great vibes and unique craft offerings. Last night I went for 3 Floyd's on tap and decided to try the food for the first time and I was really impressed, I had the pretzel/brat appetizer plate, it was perfect for sharing and a wonderful accompaniment to our beers and then split a chorizo grilled cheese. I really enjoyed the food and look forward to trying more on the menu.

It sounds like we don't come very often but we live in Texas and Arizona. This is a place where beer snobs congregate. It's not real fancy kind of plain but it's price like it was. We ordered the pizza from next door and a couple dishes from here. Everything was acceptable. Some of the things for the price you were paying you didn't get very much. I can't say I was happy about that. If you're into craft beers and three of our party we're. They tried several and liked some more than others. I guess you couldn't expect anything different.

Great staff, very helpful with suggestions, nice atmosphere, very cozy. Got the deviled eggs to snack on, a tad bit expensive, $2 per egg! Yummy though and I guess with filling/seasoning maybe it justifies it. Got the mead, very strong and smooth. Also got cider that was delicious, so their selection is commendable. I'd definitely come back for a tipple.
