Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

If you want excellent customer service & have to go into a BOA branch, see Dalton at the mechanicsville branch. I’m sure all of the employees at this location are great, but Dalton Kitchen goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is excellent & your questions are answered. In this climate, I have found that customer service of almost any type is non exsistant/nor is it enjoyable. I don’t leave the few places that I frequent weekly, with a smile on my face.nThis location is out of my way by 20 min, but This will be the only BOA that I will use! So many businesses have lost their customer service abilities & it is definitely worth the extra 30 min, in traffic, to go to this location instead of the BOA that is 1 1/2 miles from my house.nThank you Dalton for an enjoyable appointment.nJackie

This folks close their branch without letting people with safety deposit boxes know. An email, a call, something...that lets users know in order for them to retrieve any belongings. Very upsetting.

Went in today, like I do at the end of every month to deposit cash. Teller (larger black woman) was incredibly rude. Usually the tellers are pretty nicennOh.. And the drive through window is NEVER OPEN ANYMORE Very inconvenient in the rain on a Friday with an infant ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44

long line on a Friday afternoon. Tellers are nice and polite. I don;t understand why they cannot plan on more tellers on the day most people get paid.

Well so I’m pretty sure a teller stole my cash deposite. I came in last Saturday and made a small cash deposit to cover a couple bills I had coming out of that account (I don’t really use it for much but paying a couple bills). Went into the branch because of course the atm wasn’t working like always. Tuesday morning I notice I have an overdraft fee and to my astonishment my deposit never showed up in my account. I went ahead and called the branch and was assured it was their mistake and my account would be corrected by Wednesday morning and if it wasn’t to call back. Wednesday morning comes along and still no funds. I call the branch back, ask to speak to the manager and they immediately knew who I was and I should see the funds within the next hour or so. I waited until 4 o’clock to check again and still no funds available. This time I get a gentleman by the name of Cordell on the phone. He tells me that it will not be until the following day to see any corrections to my account. This has now been 48 hours sense I made the branch aware of the problem and my account was not corrected not to mention this was a CASH DEPOSIT! I’ve also gotten three different stories as to what happened in the first place. The funny thing is once I reported it to bank of America’s fraud department my account was corrected immediately. Something fishy is going on at this branch and Cordell couldn’t care less or is in on it that is for sure.
