Called the location a day before to stop in and pick up a cashiers check at a certain time the next morning, when arrived at location the guy at the door said they had someone inside already getting a cashiers check and might take awhile, i said i can wait and he told me i should just go away and come back later! WHAT!?!? Disgraceful! I’m a long time customer but currently looking for a new bank.
Terrible customer service.
