Atlantic Union Bank

My previous bank got bought out now with Atlantic union bank the bank is not very good bank for business, anything over 5k they put 5 to 7 business days hold on deposits although the bank has the ability to change the hold they decide not to change the hold to 2 days ridiculous. I always get questioned even though I’m the Owner of my business must be because i look young

I came here to ask for assistance in opening a bank account. Upon entering received no welcome or greet just stares from the female and male staffer behind the counter. So, I did their job and greeted them… with no response in return. What made it worse is the cold long stare i received from the female employee, and the other avoiding eye contact altogether. Such a strange and almost menacing experience. I apologize for not being able to go further but they clearly did not want my business and I did not want to move forward with this bank.

Have banked with Union for about 18 years. Started when they were a Ukrop bank. Always professional, courteous and willing to assist with any financial problem. Recommend them for any size banking need .
