Bon Secours Internal Medicine of Ashland

The location is like stepping into a different world compared to the previous location. Staff all seems so much happier, the atmosphere is much more calming, and the exam rooms are so much bigger. Dr. Young was so attentive and helpful. I've been spent the last few years being ignored by other doctors and was so pleased with the care I received here. I would definitely recommend this location and Dr. Young.nThe only problem I see is parking is a bit limited because of the location but it's not much of a deterrent considering the care I received.

If i could rate this place a zero i would, had an appointment on 10/15/18 scheduled for 8:45 am i arrived at 8:43am, waited in the lobby until 9:45am, after other patients that came into the office, came and went, i go to the front desk and the representative advises that the office is running behind schedule,and the dr moved my appt to 10am, but noone had the courtesy to tell me this because i would jave rescheduled, needless to say the front desk person told me the dr would be calling me back then, at this point there was no other patients in the lobby to call othet than myself. So finally at 10am i get called to the back, the nurse takes my temperature and weighs me, them directs me to a room where i wait another 20 minutes and still the dr has not been in to see me. At this point i walk out and leave, because i have been here since 8:43am and am having to make up all this time i jave missed from work and still never saw the dr. Very disappointing, i have been dealing with this office for years, but its time to find another dr at this point, that is concerned about me and my treatment, as i have called this practice mutiple times and been left on hold for 10 and 15 minutes, and also left messages for the dr and never get a return call, i end up having to call back. Awful experiences, this is the only Bon Secours facility i have had issues with over all the years i have been a patient.
