Red Wing - Fredericksburg, VA

The owner doesn't handle things in a timely manner. Also, they go through employees like no ones business. They are always getting new ones in and when you think there's a good sales person, they're gone because it seems like they are left to run the whole store by themselves without proper knowledge and training. The amount of time it took to get waited on and then the amount of time it took to be informed about the product made me just shop somewhere else.

I went in to have two pair of boots serviced today. My Roughneck Heritage Boots had some scuffs on them. They took the time to buff them out and make my boots look new again.nnI live closer to Richmond and Charlottesville but with the service I received I will definitely be going back.

WOW! I’m seriously blown away after my visit to the Fredericksburg Va Red Wing store. Everyone knows red wing boots are by far the best work boots around and have been for a long time. I had no idea they could get better by adding in some of the best customer service and well educated staff I’ve ever seen on their own products. Also made me feel so welcomed, in looking forward to my next visit in 4 months to update the inserts!
