I had a great experience with this location. I had an appt at 10am this morning with Glinka Stoja. She was awesome! She was so friendly, so knowledgeable and so helpful. She made the process fun and smooth. I’ll definitely be continuing to make appointments with her in the future. Great customer service!
I called and made a 12:30 appointment to see a notary. I arrived at 12:22 and still wasn't seen by 12:40 and at that point she had accepted another person ahead of me. What's the point of making an appointment?! I came on my lunch hour and ended up wasting my time because it never got done. So frustrating. Also, don't expect to do anything quickly. They had one teller on during lunch hour!
My elderly parents and I have been treated rudely by branch manager on multiple occasions. He has no patience with the frail elderly. Shame on him. Poor reflection on your bank
