Wells Fargo Bank

I use this bank because it's the one my work's account is at. The tellers in the drive through are always so friendly and quick with my transactions. On a rare occasion, when trying to call in a change order the number will either be busy or no one answers at the drive through, but i just call the main lobby's number and whomever answers, immediately mind, will take my change order and get it to the drive through before i even get there. usually the phone not getting answered is because they're super busy. Great friendly staff and they know when to make small talk and when you're not wanting to talk and leave you alone while handling your transaction.

Just cause he thinks we cant see him doesnt mean we can't. Im in a commercial lane for a reason... I need urgency and productiveness. Instead he was constantly on his phone. Like i have to get back to wrk. I wish i could have gone to my regular wells fargo. Next time I'll wait. Waste of ppl time not professional.

Very courteous! Patient in answering questions, even for someone like me who asks countless questions.

The bankers reversed some bonehead overdraft fees I had accidentally let happen on my account. They made it so easy and were so nice about it! I'd give this branch 10 stars if I could

I have been a customer for more than 20 years and today I was treated so badly that I will be closing my account immediately. My atm card "expired" and when I went this morning to get money i found out my drivers lisc. also expired and even though I had three photo IDs from work and UNM the best the personal banker Tana Chavez could do was get me $25 to get a new ID. When I explained I needed money for medicine and groceries she was unsympathetic. When she called the bank manager Shaun Jaramillo over he was less sympathetic than she was. First thing I'm going to do when I get my ID is close my account.
