The Depo by the Golden Spike ceremony for the Alaska railroad compilation. The town has put a small Museum in there with some nice artifacts and displays. We recommend that as well as the railroad you go up the road and visit the two little art buildings full of local craft food and other information about the areannLearn about the Alaska River breakup contest that's been going on for multiple decades. You can see the tower they place in the river whose collapse signals the winner of the Great Alaska River breakup Lottery. Pay your dime pick your time and if you win it'll be just fine.nnAnd the two local craft buildings there were four or five artist working on their stuff people to explain details of the area and lots of friendly Folk.nThe town has an interesting look at real Alaskan life

B with , shop museum, as well as 3rooms upstairs available for overnight or longer stay. Bo,the gentleman who runs it in our summer months is a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable in the history of the wonderful town of Nenana,Alaska. Also a published photographer/author. I definitely recommend paying this place a visit.
