Great experience with Dr. Lin and support staff every time. Been going here for 3 plus years and never had any issues with the visit and/or ordering contacts. The front desk is always warm and welcoming and Dr. Lin is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for over 20 years. He has always been thorough and very communicative in all exams. As a diabetic now, Dr Brown has keeps in communication with my Endocrinologist and Internal Medicine physician, ensuring the health of my eyes is stable. I have recommend Dr. Brown to family and many friends over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Brown/Envision Optometry.

This one goes out for Jackie Lawley; she is an exceptional person to work with. I have picked a pair from her and in the process of picking another two only because I like the way she takes care of customers. She is extremely patient and does not rush you into decisions. She helped me stick to my budget and did not over-sell.nnA delightful person to work with :) . I am pretty sure, I will be visiting again in 2020.

TLDR: Envision's quality of service without Dr. Brown management is not the same anymore. It went down.nnI've been taking my family to Envision for annual exam and frames for over 5 years now. Their service used to be exceptional but it went down significantly after 2018. It has to be related to Dr. Brown retirement. He was working part-time early 2017 and in 2018 I think he quit practice completely.nnDr. Angela Lin is taking over and I think she is really good, too.nWhat I am complaining about is their customer service. It went down, way down. During the time of Dr. Brown, I could really appreciate their care and attention to minute detail: his wife would clean and fix our glasses when we arrived and waited in the office. His staff had exceptional knowledge about lenses and frame options.nnComparing to that, in 2019, our last appointment was just OK, regular experience like any other offices. But thing went down when my wife order a new pair of Oakley glasses. It took almost 2 months to get them. Though, the front desk actually blamed it on the manufacturer's issue with flooding. But, as an courtesy, shouldn't they inform us instead of having us call every week? When the glasses arrived, one of the lens has visible scratch. My wife was not satisfied and the front office said they will have a replacement for her.nnA few weeks went by and we still haven't heard anything. I guess they don't want our businesses anymore. Sad!
