The business I work for is collateral damage of our old copier company (Preferred) being absorbed by Sharp. Since February, every interaction has been headache inducing.nnSharp cancelled our auto-payment without giving us any notice and has no auto pay option available. Although we have signed up for paperless billing, they inexplicably will send us invoices in the mail periodically. They call for monthly meter reads a week and half after just emailing the numbers to them. They don't confirm toner orders placed and it takes multiple contacts to confirm that, yes, the order has been made. Their sales staff cold-calls the office as if we are not already customers! Their incompetence knows no bounds!nnAlthough some of the staff from Preferred remains, it's like working with martians. They have no clue what's going on. They use old contact info (staff that hasn't worked here in years). They don't respond to calls or emails. It took months for them to issue a credit to our account for a duplicate charge. And now THAT'S causing problems. If you complain to them, they are rude, unhelpful and may even hang up on you without transferring you to the correct contact. Some customer service training is desperately needed.nnAVOID SHARP. We are looking at all our options to end our relationship with this nightmare company despite having been with Preferred for years. Save yourself the pain and look elsewhere for your copier needs.
