I would have given a 0 star review !!! They were awful to us as soon as we walked in the door . Kids should not be forced to wear a mask no matter the age . They are completely immune to what is going on around us and the Karen’s should mind their own business! We will never be back or spend our money to help keep you in business. Which I’m sure is hard to keep afloat during this plandemic, Good luck . No! actually I would love to see your door closed next time we come to hood river !
I stop in whenever I go to Hood River. the guy working is always super helpful. last time i was in he was helping a dad and his kids fix their RC cars for no charge. Good selection for a small store, and staff is knowledgable. ignore the negative review by lame anti mask types, this place rules.
Worker was quite a POS, as he asked my 8 year old son to wait on on the curb by himself since he could not mask up due to bad asthma. I wish nothing but the worst for this shop.
Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! The shop is well organized and feels very welcoming to walk around.
My husband and I have been there few times. Today was the worst. I have prohibitive medical condition which makes mask a real challenge for me. I usually when I can tolerate it wear a jawline mask that covers my nose and mouth. I walked in and was told it wasn't good enough and my option were a medical mask which is a no go or stand out in the rain and get soaked while I asked then to bring me products. That is an unacceptable way to treat someone. Especially someone who needs accommodation. I have never had issues in other stores with this type of mask. I have shopped at even other game shops. I guess I will take my business those shops. On top of that the employees haven't been that knowledgeable with products. Tried to by sleeves there twice and both times the employee had no clue what we wanted or what he was selling.
