I went in for very bad stomach and chest pain going on for weeks. Was sent home with a prescription for Zofran and the doctor was very pushy to get me out of there. He barely spoke to me and wouldn't address my issues at all. I tried to pick up the prescription, but it was never actually called in, so I was left with absolutely no help. Thankfully, I later went to see a much better doctor at the clinic just above Express Care, where all sorts of blood work and tests were ordered for me. I don't recommend going to Express Care if your issue is internal, as they wouldn't order any sort of diagnostic tests, even with a fever and many complaints of pain and discomfort.

Dr.webb was very rude to me insisted I get tested for covid I said no he flipped out yelled at me called my job and told them I have covid when in fact I don't have any symptoms of covid threatened to call the police on me. Very unprofessional as a physician and shouldn't be practicing. So this afternoon I went to my PCP DR.REIFF IN WHITEHALL WHO CONFIRMED I HAVE BRONCHITIS DR.REIFF SAID I DO NOT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS ON F COVID AND SAID HE IS NOT GOING TO TEST ME GAVE ME 3 meds an inhaler antibiotics and a steroid and iam home doing fine and resting. My job has physical paperwork stating I have bronchitis I will be calling the health department and letting them know and I will also be calling the ceo of express care as to how I was treated in such a manner in front of my daughter. Do not go to express care they do not listen to you as a patient. My Doctor even said that the way I was treated was wrongful and he didn't even try to diagnose me he was guessing . Have a nice day

The doctors and nurses here are great! I've had my daughter seen by them on multiple occasions. They have always been real caring and gentle with her; even when she was problematic due to not feeling well.
